You always write very thoughtful interesting & thought provoking essays.

Alas, thought provoking also means I'd have to spend more time thinking about and composing a reply, which I almost never have the energy to do (work + home & RL uses up most of what i got, the rest is spent decompressing) so I may NEVER leave you a thoughtful comment that properly engages with your writing, just know people are out here reading & appreciating even if we're not responding the way you'd probably like & definitely deserve.

Wow, this is such a kind and *thoughtful* comment, tysm for taking the time to type this out for me—I REALLY appreciate it. Sometimes it does feel like talking into the void, so it's nice to know someone's out there. Thank you again, so so kind of you to say and I'm glad some of my thoughts are resonating with you! xo

I echo Jason’s comment. I just discovered your work and spent a wonderful Saturday morning in bed, drinking coffee and reading a few of your essays. I have so many thoughts and my comment most definitely does not engage with your writing the way it deserves. Thanks for putting your work out there. It sparked many thought paths (and books!) I can’t wait to explore more.

I love this and am so inspired. I was first exposed to mental models through Naval Ravikant years ago and can’t wait to read the rest of your essays on this. ☺️

Wow Stepfanie, good stuff.

I'm sorry I do not know more of your skills and knowledge so I can communicate better and more briefly and clearly.

In a recent comment for one of your other articles I included one of my articles - that suggests consciousness as an overlapping many-worlds Quantum theory with a number of models of neuron brain cross-talk, Ignore the Catholic Apologetics the article proposes if too intense or confusing.

and more good stuff..

Someone visiting so I cut this short. Do you know about Karno-maps. Also, consciousness as the Holy King [Aurthor] Round Table were many versions of us - one per day - share.

Later then.

God Bless., Steve

i liked the message of the post a lot but there were parts which felt like they were edited with AI

well i'm not going to stop using em dashes or fun words just bc some people might think it's AI

besides, i'd say about 5% of my writing IS edited with AI—why on earth would one not embrace that tool for checking for spelling errors or running fact-checks? you're also able to cross-reference your previous work and make additional connections (which ironically was an aspect of this essay)

furthermore, if ideas and concepts are good/inspiring, would it matter if it was AI? does that change one's ability to feel inspired by the words?

just spit ballin' at this point bc i see a lot of anti-AI rhetoric and it gives me a lot to think about

I really liked the post there were just a few sentences which threw me off. i almost stopped reading a few times throughout. for me personally ai writing feels like i’m being conned, no deeper reason it just feels wrong to read ai written sentences
